Heart Rate Monitor Strap – Real-Time HRV and Running Dynamics

The Heart Rate Monitor Strap tracks real-time heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) data during workouts. It can send data to compatible smartwatches, cycling computers, fitness equipment, and supported apps. In addition, it records selected activity data for later synchronization.

**Real-Time Heart Rate Data**

The monitor sends heart rate and HRV information to compatible devices during supported activities. Therefore, users can view workout data while exercising when paired with compatible equipment or devices.

**Running Dynamics**

When paired with a compatible smartwatch, the monitor provides additional running dynamics. These metrics include stride length, vertical oscillation, ground contact time balance, and step speed loss.

As a result, runners can review more detailed information about their running movement and performance.

**Workout Recording**

The monitor can record workout information during activities where wearing a watch may not be practical. For example, it can capture data during supported team sports.

Recorded information can include heart rate, calories, speed, and distance. Afterward, the data can sync with the compatible smartphone app.

**Daily Activity Metrics**

In addition to workout information, the monitor tracks selected daily metrics. These include estimated steps, heart rate, and calories burned.

The recorded information can then sync to the compatible smartphone app.

**Indoor Running Data**

During supported indoor track and treadmill activities, the monitor can send pace and distance information to a compatible smartwatch. Therefore, it provides additional data for indoor running sessions.

**Swim Activity Tracking**

The monitor can record heart rate data during swimming activities. After the workout is saved, the recorded heart rate information can sync to a compatible smartwatch.

**Comfortable Strap**

The strap is available in XS–S and M–XL sizes. In addition, the strap is machine washable for convenient cleaning.

**Rechargeable Battery**

A rechargeable battery powers the monitor. The listed battery life is up to two months, although actual battery performance can vary depending on use.
